Praxis Financial Solutions, Inc. (Praxis) is a national debt recovery servicer of non-performing consumer and commercial receivables. We provide a variety of effective accounts receivable management solutions that are tailored to the individual needs of our consumers.
Praxis was established in 2006 by a talented group of professionals that supplied over 50 years of experience in accounts receivable management and collections. In a six year time span, Praxis has developed a loyal contingency client base and has grown to over 45 employees. Our team strives for maximum liquidation in all stages of the recovery process to generate revenue that will allow us continue our growth to its maximum potential.

ASHOR DEKELAITA – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ashor DeKelaita has over 20 years of experience in the financial servicing industry. Ashor was the Director of Recovery at Arrow Financial Services, LLC from 1998 through 2006 and was responsible for overseeing the entire contingency operation, totaling well over 300 employees in Niles, IL. He assisted in developing the overall collection strategies for the various product types, mentored the Arrow Financial Services management team, and ensured that all four offices (Whitewater WI, San Diego CA, Niles IL, and Gaithersburg MD) were operating in unison. In addition, Ashor maintained databases and developed new strategies in dialing pools and campaigns in an effort to maximize recoveries and lower costs.
NINOS DEKELAITA – VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Ninos DeKelaita has over 15 years of experience in the financial servicing industry. Ninos was employed at Arrow Financial Services, LLC from 1996 through 2006. Eight of those ten years of his employment, Ninos managed a collections department where he was responsible for 4 Supervisors and 90 collectors. He consistently hit the department monthly budget and revenue goals for key clients such as Capital One, Citibank, as well as various retail clients.
GEORGE IHANA – VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
George Ihana has over 20 years of experience in the financial servicing industry. George was employed at Arrow Financial Services, LLC from 1996 through 2006, with ten years of his experience spent as a collections Department Manager. He consistently hit the department monthly budget and revenue goals for key clients such as Sears, GE Money Bank, and a variety of other account receivables clients Arrow purchased from.
MIKE AWDISH – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mike Awdish brings over 15 years of experience in the financial servicing industry. In addition, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge based on his extensive financial and accounting experience background. He has worked as an accountant, banker, and as a credit representative for companies such as Leggit & Platt, TCF Bank and Ameriquest Mortgage. Mike has a degree in finance from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. He is well versed in all facets of the time value of money management, risk assessment, portfolio management, and statistical analysis of various investments and portfolios.
